A patrolled ticketing service is suitable for busy inner city/town situations and is often used by retail parks and supermarkets where parking restrictions are in place but suffer frequently from parking violations.
The availability, efficiency and quality of the car parking experience is integral to the whole customer experience. And can often be critical to the development of a loyal customer base.
However, the car park also has to be protected from abuse by other users and managed in such a way as to make the operation financially viable.
We will tailor the most suitable management package for your sites specific requirements to ensure your car park operates at its maximum potential, at a reduced operational cost.
Other common situations where a patrolled approach may be advisable would be private land/car parks near big office complexes, train stations sporting and concert venues and any other place where a high unauthorised parking problem exists.
The service is tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the car park and its occupier. Some of the most commonly used parking restriction options are:
- MAXIMUM STAY PERIOD
- DISABLED BADGE HOLDERS ONLY
- LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY
- PAY AND DISPLAY
- PERMITS ONLY
- NO PARKING
Where a maximum stay period is the option we would enforce this with a patrolled service that would use a DCU (data capture unit) which is a hand held unit which will tell the attendant who has exceeded the time limit.
Please Note: If you would like to organise your own patrols we will provide you with all the necessary training, uniforms and equipment needed. Please look at our self ticket section for more info.
If you require a patrolled service on a full time basis our standard rate for that service is £12.50 per hour. Please ask as it may not be applicable to your site Factors which we consider when deciding whether to charge the client this fee are usually things like location, type of parking restrictions in place, and the potential number of parking violations occurring on site per day. All of our staff are trained and are fully uniformed.
For large sites we will arrange for an area manager to visit the site to discuss your requirements and to provide survey to establish the correct parking restriction solution for your site
For every paid ticket which our patrolled staff issue you will receive a £10 compensation fee. This in most cases generates sufficient revenue to help with site maintenance costs etc.
