ResidentPass is a user-friendly visitor permit system, which makes it quick and easy for tenants to add visitors to the safe-list straight from their phone or computer. The system is managed and set up by NPC, with absolutely no cost to the client. The website is designed for ease of use, and ensures that visitors are registered, reducing the risk of errors and improving overall resident satisfaction.

Each resident will receive a unique invite code, allowing them to set up their account ahead of the service going live. From there, residents can quickly add visitors to the safe-list by entering their vehicle registration. Once added, visitors are instantly registered in our system and protected from receiving a Parking Charge Notice.

Sign Up

Once you have signed up with our services, our team will collect your residents' information, including names, emails, and property addresses.

Resident Setup

All residents will receive their invite codes via email or post, along with a link to register their account. They will also receive a clear, step-by-step user guide to help them get started. Once registered, residents can instantly begin adding visitors to the safe-list.

Enforcement

Once the adjustment period ends, enforcement can commence.
